The East Asia and Pacific Infrastructure Regulatory Forum (EAPIRF) conducted its Seventh Annual General Meeting followed by knowledge workshops and training programs during November 18th to 27th 2009 in Hanoi, Vietnam. Hosted by the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam (ERAV), the event is sponsored by The World Bank and AusAid and organized by the EAPIRF's secretariat CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory.
