The Annual General Meeting will be held on 20th November, followed by the Two Day Training Program on the 21st and 22nd. Training sessions followed by panel and group discussions would be led by a team of international experts. Sector specific sessions and discussions are also part of the training program. The key features of the program are:
- Two day intense residential training – separate half day provided for administrative matters
- Strong conceptual basis to be created – main sessions led by Martin Pardina
- Interspersed sharing of experiences and issues from within the EAP region; Online Discussion as a “curtain raiser”; maximise member participation in panel discussions / short presentations.
We urge you to participate in the Online Discussion and respond to the USO Survey, towards preparing for the Two Day Training Program.

Visa
The Electricity Authority of Cambodia has kindly offered to assist in procuring tourist visas for the participants upon their arrival at the Phnom Penh airport. If you require assistance in procuring a visa, please fill in your name, nationality, passport number and flight schedule in the Registration Form. The last date for this is 10th November 2006.
Hotel booking
The venue for the AGM and Two Day Training Program is Hotel Cambodiana, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The hotel has also blocked rooms for EAPIRF participants. For more details Click here.
