Institute for Public-Private Partnerships (IP3)
The Institute for Public-Private Partnerships, Inc. (IP3), established in 1994, provides global training and consulting services to governments and industries in public-private partnership (PPP) modeling, regulation design and implementation, and competitive utility management. IP3 offers four series of training in:

Since its founding, IP3 has trained over 10,000 officials from 175 countries in a wide range of off-the-shelf, customized, and regional training courses and workshops. Its executive management training programs have assisted hundreds of governments worldwide to plan, implement and monitor PPP programs, create effective regulatory agencies, and improve utility performance in a variety of sectors. IP3’s training programs have been conducted in English, Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian, Armenian, Arabic, French, Spanish, Serbo-Croatian, and Bahasa-Indonesian in a number of countries worldwide. IP3 offers courses in Washington, DC; Cape Town, South Africa, and other locations by arrangement. It also offers several on-line courses.

Public Utility Research Center (PURC)
The Public Utility Research Center (PURC), at the University Of Florida Warrington College Of Business, provides international training and strategic research in public utility regulation, market rules, and infrastructure management in the energy, telecommunications, and water industries. Its outreach activities support the expanded deployment and efficient delivery of telecommunications, energy, energy and water/wastewater services, including the achievement of environmental objectives. Initiatives are based on four principles: expertise, respect, integrity, and effectiveness
PURC in collaboration with the World Bank offers an intensive two week training course on Infrastructure Regulation. The program is designed to enhance the economic, technical, and policy skills required to design and manage sustainable regulatory systems for infrastructure sectors. The Australian Centre of Regulatory Economics (ACORE)
The Australian Centre of Regulatory Economics (ACORE) at the Australian National University in Canberra is the national focal point for excellence in research and teaching in the economics of regulation. The Centre is built around a unique model of interaction between leading academics in the field and members of regulatory bodies, industry associations and regulated businesses. ACORE provides high-quality, flexible and relevant graduate courses and workshops which meet the professional education needs of staff of such organisations.
The Centre offers Masters, Graduate Diploma and Certificate degrees in regulatory economics.
